New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If VidMate AI isn't for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period. Partial months are not refunded after the guarantee window.
Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days. After that, the plan runs to the end of its term.
One-off credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used, since generation incurs compute costs.
