You're responsible for your account and for any activity under it. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and credits reset each billing cycle.
You retain ownership of the content you create. Paid plans grant a commercial licence to use generated videos. You're responsible for ensuring your inputs don't infringe others' rights.
You may not use VidMate AI to create deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent, illegal content, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Generation limits depend on your plan.
To the extent permitted by law, VidMate AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
